It happened. I jumped. I started a blog. No, not a blog about skydiving. This is a blog about design and technology; how design impacts our technology, and specifically how design can shape our technology to work better for us. My background in user experience (UX) and interaction design has forever bequeathed me to see the little big details and obsessively think about product designs.

Design is how it works. I believe design defines the kind of problems technology is meant to solve. Combining the two creates a wonderful mix of power and finesse.

The title, # JJ, is a quirky reference to code commenting. Commenting code is a crusial aspect of making the terse functions meaningful for the uninitiated. My goal for this blog is to promote the importantance of digital design to a wider, non-design centric readership.
